Container density achieved on 4-6 acres (1.6 – 2.4 Hectares) is 1,450 to 1,968 TEU’s per acre ( 3,620 to 4,486TEU’s per Hectare). The system stores 42,000 TEU’s on 31 Acres (12.5 Hectares) versus the 42,000 TEU’s on 170 Acres (36 Hectares) with current inefficient technology.
Our system reduces a ships turn-around time, the load and unload cycle by over 30% and reduces the handling or transfer of each container from 10 times to less than 4 times.
We offer depending on port and government requirements security scanning (X-Ray and Nuclear detection) that inspects 100% of containers coming in and going out of the port including weight of each container. The “Aero Matrix System” operation begins at the point Quay releases container port side. With CLI’s container port systems profit and efficiency is dramatically increased using existing land.
